David Baumgartner is a life long resident of Hollister and San Benito County. He attended local schools and plays an active roll in the community. David has been involved in the real estate industry for over 30 years and with continued education and study earned his Brokers License designation in 1987. Today, David and his access to the MSL (Multiple Listing Service) continues to meet the needs of his clients and customers through a combination of hard work and a solid understanding of the current market trends.
